Introduction

Sales made through the online store www.papershootportugal.com presuppose the acceptance, by the customer, of the General Sales Conditions that are established in compliance with the legislation applicable to the e-commerce sector.

PaperShoot Portugal reserves, however, the right to change these General Conditions of Sale without prior notice, and is obliged to publish any changes on this site.

PaperShoot Portugal is not responsible for any facts arising from the unavailability of the site, whatever the duration thereof, and also reserves the right to restrict access to some areas of the site for technical reasons or to comply with legal obligations.

Object

 

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use is to define the conditions of access to and navigation on the site by the customer who intends to make purchases in the online store. The General Conditions of Sale aim to regulate the terms of operation of commercial transactions carried out between PaperShoot Portugal and the Customer. The Privacy and Data Protection Policy aims to identify privacy protection measures with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of data of natural persons, including tools for the personalized management of personal data provided by customers.

 

General conditions of Sale

Order and Purchase Process

Deadline and Payment Methods – After completing the ordering process in the customer's personal account, the customer has a deadline, indicated in the selected payment method, to proceed with the payment of the same. At the end of this period, if there is no confirmation of payment, the order will be cancelled.

PaperShoot Portugal offers the following payment methods for purchases made in the online store:

- Credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, China Union Pay, JCB, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Visa Electron, Maestro.

Order Cancellation

The customer will only be able to cancel his order if it has not yet been paid for and is not yet in processing.

If the customer wishes to return one or more items, he may do so within 14 days of receipt of the order, provided that the products are intact, sealed, complete and in the original packaging, which cannot be damaged, altered. or scratched. The customer must inform PaperShoot Portugal in the following email: papershootportugal@gmail.com where he will receive the necessary information to start the return process.

To exercise their right of return, the customer must contact PaperShoot Portugal via the email papershootportugal@gmail.com, specify the order number, description or reference of the product(s) to be returned and how refund you want. Refunds can be made using the original payment method.

The customer will also have to take into account whether the product he intends to return was purchased as part of a promotional campaign and if, for that reason, he benefited from any product on offer. If this is the case, you must return not only the product in question, but also the offer given to you with your purchase. Both products must comply with the aforementioned guidelines.

It is only possible to return a pack in its entirety. If the customer intends to return a product that belongs to a pack, he must return all the products that make up that same pack. All products must comply with the aforementioned guidelines.

The return of incomplete, damaged or scratched products, as well as products without the original packaging and/or label, or products with signs of having been used, will not be accepted.

The customer must return the item(s), request a refund and make a new purchase. The entire return process is duly described in the RETURNS item.

 

Payment methods

PaperShoot Portugal will do its best to refund the customer quickly, safeguarding, however, a maximum period of 15 days from the receipt of the return.

If PaperShoot Portugal is notified and it is confirmed that an error has occurred in the shipped product(s) or a defective product(s) has been shipped, PaperShoot Portugal will bear the costs of returning it upon collection.

 

 

Product Information

We strictly follow all necessary procedures to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products presented on the website are correct. However, there may be situations where product information, including prices and promotions, has not been correctly published. In these cases, PaperShoot Portugal reserves the right not to process orders with these products. If the customer places an order for these products, the PaperShoot Portugal team will contact him and inform him of the impossibility of proceeding with the process.

Orders may also not be shipped for other reasons, such as:

  • product out of stock;

  • inability to obtain payment authorization;

  • order considered fraudulent.

 

All products, campaigns, promotions and offers are limited to the physical stock available and/or to the units stipulated for the campaign.

 

PaperShoot Portugal may modify prices without prior notice.

Payments are always made in euros, even when prices are shown in other currencies. Some banks may charge exchange fees. PaperShoot Portugal is totally unaware of this fact and assumes no responsibility for it.

The products, information, services and other content provided by or through this website, including, among others, any products, information, emails, services and other content offered by any hyperlink, are only provided in title and form. summary or aggregate.  

Suggestions and Complaints

The opinion of our customers is very important to us, as it allows us to improve the services we provide. So, if for some reason our customers are not satisfied with them, or if they have any suggestions, we appreciate you taking a few minutes to report any situation, preferably by sending an email or message on social media.

If the complaint is related to a specific order, customers have 14 days from receipt of the same to contact PaperShoot Portugal, reporting the problem detected.

If the customer has received a defective or damaged product, or if the product received is different from the one that the customer actually ordered, he will have to attach a video to his complaint or at least some photographs in which it is clearly visible whether the problem is detected, wants the status of the box in which the order was delivered to you.

The customer must also keep in his possession, until otherwise indicated by PaperShoot Portugal, either the defective, damaged or exchanged product, or the respective box of the order.

If, at the time of delivery of the order, the external condition of the box is not in perfect condition, the customer must reject the delivery at the risk that the claim will not be accepted.

 

Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to the Alternative Dispute Resolution entities identified on the consumer portal, on the website  www.consumidor.pt , or to the Online Consumer Dispute Resolution entities identified on the website  https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr .

Introduction

Navigation on the PaperShoot Portugal website presupposes understanding and acceptance of this Privacy and Data Protection Policy.

PaperShoot Portugal maintains the constant concern for the defense of the privacy of personal data and a preventive action with regard to the security of the site and the protection of data of its customers and visitors.

Thus, the information contained in this text is intended to convey, in a clear and unequivocal way, the content of the privacy policy and protection of personal data that will be processed under the terms provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation in force and as delimited by the content of the commercial relationship to be established between the data subject and PaperShoot Portugal.

In general terms, personal data are collected in two situations directly arising from PaperShoot Portugal's activity:

Whenever the customer, on his own initiative, contacts PaperShoot Portugal in order to obtain information about the products, the purchase process, the status of the order or to report any situation related to the site, PaperShoot Portugal may need to collect additional personal data for various purposes that will, in this case, be specifically communicated, but which generally can fall into the following situations:  

1. Confirm the customer's identity and the reason for the contact.

2. PaperShoot Portugal contact with the client

3. As part of the processing of a specific order, PaperShoot Portugal may need to contact the customer to:

i) confirmation or rectification of any of the personal data necessary for the completion of the delivery process (for example, delivery address).

ii) inform that one or more items of the order in question are out of stock and that, as an alternative in view of the unavailability of the products, a refund of the amount paid or replacement with similar products may be made.

The personal data to be collected and processed by us will be:

  7. CONSENT for the purposes of data processing carried out by PaperShoot Portugal, the lawfulness of the treatment is ensured by collecting the consent of the data subject. At all times, this consent must be given expressly, freely and unequivocally.

 

Under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation and Law No. 58/2019, consent can only be validly provided by a child aged 13 or over. If the child is under 13 years of age, the consent of their legal representatives will be required, using means of secure authentication.

The data subject has the right to withdraw his consent at any time. Note, however, that the withdrawal of consent does not compromise the lawfulness of the treatment carried out on the basis of the consent previously given.

PaperShoot Portugal will keep the personal data of the holders only for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected.
